Quotations are invited from contractors Bumiputera registered with the Contractor Service Centre (PKK) and Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) in accordance with class registration as required in the offer valid and eligible to participate in the work offered sebagairnana follows: -

- Cash Desk manuscript will be on display from 9 November 2016 until 16 November 2016 during normal office hours at the Department of Building and Engineering, Batu Pahat Municipal Council, Road Department, Batu Pahat.
- Quotation documents will be sold starting from 9 November 2016 until 15 November 2016 from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm (during office hours) at the Department of Building and Engineering, Batu Pahat Municipal Council, Road Department, Batu Pahat to submit payment in the form of Cash Money Order / Money Order order / Bank draft for each set of bid documents on behalf of the President, Batu Pahat Municipal Council as a fee quotation document.
- Just a Interested suppliers / Vice Interested suppliers are allowed to transact purchase quotation document. Only ORIGINAL OWNERS only allowed to carry out the transaction purchase quotation document. Interested suppliers can also delegate purchase quotation document to his authorized representative (Definition of authorized representative of the company's employees who carry OF DELEGATION of the company concerned) For the purposes of this Interested suppliers / Vice Interested suppliers are required to carry a certificate ORIGINAL REGISTRATION Contractor Service Centre (PKK), STATUS BANK AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT BOARD MALAYSIA (CIDB). Only Interested suppliers / dealers Interested suppliers that according to the above conditions only authorized to transact pembetian quotation document.
- All the completed bid documents shall be included in the Quotation Box at the Department of Building and Engineering, Batu Pahat Municipal Council before 12.00 noon on 16 November 2016.
- Batu Pahat Municipal Council is not bound to accept either the lowest price quotation or offer.
